Request a Sample

After reviewing the quote, request a custom sample to ensure the bottle meets your expectations. This step allows you to evaluate design accuracy, logo placement, coating quality, materials, and overall performance before mass production.

Place Your Order

Once the sample is approved, you can proceed with order placement. Production is scheduled after payment is made according to the confirmed quotation and agreed terms.

Start Production

Our manufacturing team begins production once payment is confirmed. All production timelines follow the schedule provided in your quotation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Quality Inspection

Every order goes through strict quality inspection. Our QC team checks products against approved specifications, covering appearance, structure, insulation performance, and packaging requirements.

Shipping

After passing quality inspection, your bottles are carefully packed and shipped to your designated location. We prioritize your preferred shipping method to ensure safe and on-time delivery.

Sea Freight (Ocean Shipping)

Best for: Large volumes, bulk orders, cost-sensitive shipments

Options: FCL (Full Container Load) – 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ; LCL (Less than Container Load)

• Advantages: Lowest cost per unit; ideal for mass production and regular replenishment
• Considerations: Longer transit time (typically 20–45 days)
• Typical Applications: Wholesale orders, retail chain supply, long-term inventory planning

Air Freight

Best for: Urgent orders, medium volumes, high-value products

• Advantages: Fast transit (≈3–10 days); more predictable schedules
• Considerations: Significantly higher cost; weight/volume limits
• Typical Applications: New product launches, urgent restocking, time‑sensitive promotions

Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

Best for: Samples, small orders, urgent deliveries

• Advantages: Door‑to‑door service; fastest delivery (usually 3–7 days); simple documentation
• Considerations: Highest cost per unit; not for bulk
• Typical Applications: Product samples, trial orders, replacement/urgent shipments

Rail Freight (China–Europe)

Best for: Medium‑volume shipments between Asia and Europe

• Advantages: Faster than sea, more cost‑effective than air; stable pricing
• Considerations: Limited routes and destinations
• Typical Applications: European warehouse replenishment, buyers seeking cost‑time balance

Local Truck Delivery

Most widely used in sea‑freight‑to‑door shipping. Cost‑efficient, ideal for volume above 3 CBM. Delivery time: 3–10 days after port arrival.

Best for: Large‑volume shipments, cost‑focused inventory replenishment, retail/wholesale distribution.

Local Express Delivery

Combines fast international sea vessels with domestic express for final mile. ≈30% faster than traditional truck, up to 70% more cost‑effective than couriers/air. Minimum weight: 50 kg.

Best for: Faster replenishment, mid‑volume shipments, buyers seeking speed‑cost balance.

T/T Wire Transfer (All Countries)

Recommended for bulk and repeat orders
Wire transfer (T/T) is the most commonly used payment method in international trade and offers the lowest transaction cost (typically USD 20–40 per transfer), regardless of payment amount. Ideal for large‑volume custom orders, long‑term cooperation, and stable supply agreements.

• Supported via SWIFT (T/T) and Hong Kong CHATS
• No cash deposits, cheques, or ATM payments
• Can be completed through local banks or online banking

PayPal (Credit Card Accepted)

Best for samples and small trial orders
PayPal is mainly accepted for sample orders and small custom requests. We issue an official PayPal invoice or provide our verified account. For bulk orders, PayPal acceptance must be confirmed in advance; a 5% surcharge applies.

Best Used For: Sample orders, first‑time trial cooperation, low‑quantity custom designs.

Payment via China‑Based Freight Forwarder or Third‑Party Processors

Flexible solutions for complex regions
If cross‑border payment is challenging, we support payment through your appointed freight forwarder in China (T/T, WeChat Pay, Alipay) or third‑party processors (Western Union, MoneyGram, PingPong, etc.). Provide your forwarder’s contact details and we coordinate directly.
