Q: What Is The MOQ For Wholesale Order?
A: Our MOQ is quite flexible and open to negotiation. For most of our classic products, we have stock on hand. For your first trial order, we can accept a relatively low quantity. Just let us know how many pieces you need, and we'll calculate the corresponding cost. Q: Can I Get Samples And How Long Is The Sample Lead Time?
A: Sure. We generally offer existing samples free of charge, while a small sample fee is required for custom - designed ones. The sample fee is refundable when the order quantity reaches a certain level.
We usually dispatch samples via FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it's okay to ship with your account; if not, you can pay the freight, and we'll ship using our forwarder.
It usually takes 2-3 days for the stock samples to arrive. If you want custom - designed samples, it will take 7-10 days, depending on whether your designs need a new printing screen or other patterns.
Q: What Is Order Payment Term And Shipping Time?
A: For Payment: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight, also welcome Alibaba trade assurance order.

A: For stock products, it takes 7-15 days. For non-stock ,it normally take 25-35days, We will send a schedule before ordering after knowing your demands, to make sure your needs and cargos can both be arrived

A: We own BSCI and update every year, also can offer LFGB, REACH, FDA, BPA, Lead Free and other relevant certificates or test reports.
Q: What Format Of The LOGO File Do You Need If I Want My Own Design?
A: Pls provide vector file in AI, PDF, CDR format and our designer can do mock-up for your final confirmation.
Q: If I Provide My Sketches/Design, Can You Sign An NDA With Me To Protect My Design?

If necessary, we will sign a Non - Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to guarantee that we won't share your artwork with other clients or sell your OEM items to third parties.
