How To Obtain Sample Easily and Quickly
1. Gather Sample Information
Let us know which product you require and whether you need a stock sample or a customized sample like color painting or logo printing.
2. Send Artwork and Pantone Number
After receiving design, our designer will do mock-up for your approval, including size, color details.
3. Charge for Samples and Sample Start
We will charge Small sample fee for custom designs. Once the fee is received, we will inform the factory to start making samples.
4. Check Each step production of Sample
When the factory begins sample production, we will confirm trial sample color and logo via pictures and videos before they do lots samples.
5. Inspect and Samples Report
After receiving the sample, Our sales will examine it for any defects. And take videos and detailed pictures to offer you Professional Sample Report, Once the sample is confirmed, we will send it via express.
6. Notify the Customer
After dispatching the samples, we will send tracking number to the customer and keep noticed with customers until it arrived and safely received.
