Custom Drinkware for Coffee Shops & Roasters

Build a reusable coffee cup range around the drinks you serve and the customers who carry your brand. Topnovo’s coffee mugs and travel tumblers offer starting points for café merchandise, roaster launches and member gifts. Select the format first, then agree the finish, lid, artwork and retail packaging for the chosen model.

Choose Your Buying Programme

Start with the intended user and product role. The linked catalogue items are selection starting points; final configuration and suitability are confirmed through the sample and quotation.

Independent cafés

Start with a mug that fits the drinks and shelf space in your shop. Compare the cup body, handle, drinking opening and cleaning access before choosing a colour or adding your café logo.

Coffee roasters

Create merchandise to accompany a bean subscription, seasonal roast or wholesale partner programme. Check gift-box dimensions against both the cup and any coffee bag; a visually coordinated set still needs a packing trial.

Multi-location coffee brands

Keep the approved cup, artwork position and packaging reference together for later store orders. Separate retail travel mugs from cups intended for repeated in-store service, since handling and washing requirements can differ.

From Buying Brief to Approved Order

Use these four stages to record the selected product, resolve configuration questions and agree what will be supplied.

  1. 01

    Define the coffee occasion

Tell us whether the cup is for takeaway drinks, retail merchandise or a gift set. Provide the intended drink size, hot or cold use, target quantity, delivery market and any counter or cup-holder restrictions.

  2. 02

    Compare a complete sample

Review the cup with its proposed lid, seal and decoration. Try the drinking opening, grip and cleaning access in the intended setting. Distinguish a splash-resistant drinking lid from a closure approved for carrying inside a bag.

  3. 03

    Approve the retail specification

Record the model reference, finish, artwork size and position, care wording and box layout. If several stores or colourways are involved, identify each SKU clearly and agree how quantities are split.

  4. 04

    Prepare delivery and reorders

Confirm the production schedule and packing plan after sample approval. Check carton markings and quantities on receipt, and retain the approved sample so a later store rollout can be compared with the same reference.

What to Resolve Before Ordering

Build the specification around the real use case. Product names and photographs help shortlist options; the approved sample and written configuration define the order.

  • Choose capacity around the menuA cup’s catalogue capacity does not define every drink serving. Check usable fill space with the lid fitted and leave the headroom your staff need. Ask for the selected model’s dimensions rather than choosing by an ounce label alone.
  • Make the lid part of the purchaseDrinking style, closure and cleaning access affect the everyday experience as much as the body shape. Assess any slider, straw opening or removable seal in the sample, and ask which replacement components match the exact model.
  • Plan a shelf-ready productFor café retail, consider how the handle, logo and care information appear together on the shelf. A gift box or sleeve should protect the finish and explain the approved use without claiming unsupported heat retention or dishwasher performance.
  • Keep a repeat-order referenceFor member gifts and new-store openings, record the approved colour and decoration alongside the model number. Reorders should be checked against that reference; a catalogue photograph alone is not a colour or performance standard.

Define Your Custom Configuration

Confirm these details for the chosen model. Minimum quantities, available methods and delivery timing are agreed for the final configuration.

Cup format

Compare handled coffee mugs and travel tumblers for the intended menu and customer journey.

Brand artwork

Provide vector artwork and the desired placement. Decoration methods depend on the body finish and printable area.

Colour selection

Review the proposed finish on a sample. A screen colour is a design reference, not final production approval.

Lid configuration

Select from configurations confirmed for the chosen cup; visually similar lids are not automatically interchangeable.

Retail packaging

Specify individual boxes, sleeves or bundle layouts with care information and any required retail identifiers.

Store allocation

State quantities by design, colour and location so packing and future replenishment can be quoted clearly.

Buyer Approval Checklist

Practical checks for your procurement team before production approval.

Before approval, try the complete cup through the intended filling, drinking and cleaning routine.

Coffee Shops & Roasters FAQs

Answers to help define a clear enquiry. Model-specific details are confirmed before sample and order approval.

Can I order coffee cups with my café or roaster logo?

Yes, a branded order can be discussed for the selected coffee mug or tumbler. Send the model reference, vector logo, preferred placement, colours, quantity and destination. The available decoration method and minimum quantity must be confirmed for that configuration.

Are these cups suitable for commercial dishwashers?

Do not assume commercial dishwasher suitability from a stainless steel body. Lids, coatings, seals and printed artwork can have different care limits. Ask for model-specific care information and test the intended wash routine before approving a cup for repeated café service.

Which size should I choose for my coffee menu?

Start with the volume you actually serve, then check usable fill space and the dimensions of a complete sample. A compact coffee mug and a larger travel tumbler serve different occasions. Your preferred lid and headroom can affect the practical serving volume.

Can you pack a cup with coffee or other merchandise?

Tell us the dimensions and handling needs of the items in your proposed bundle. Cup packaging and a combined packing layout can be reviewed, but inclusion, sourcing and food-related requirements for other items must be agreed separately.

Is a temperature-display mug an actively heated mug?

No. A temperature display does not establish that a mug heats drinks or controls their temperature. If considering an electronic-lid model, confirm the actual functions, power arrangements and care limits for that exact configuration.

What should I send for a quotation and a reorder?

For a quotation, send the model or use case, quantity by colour, artwork, packaging, destination and required arrival date. For a reorder, also send the previous approved sample reference and any changes; price, availability and timing are confirmed for the new order.
