Choose a plain, printed or gift-pack format for the selling occasion.
Account for the complete product, handles, lids and loose components.
Provide the approved graphics, SKU data and required pack wording.
Specify unit counts, carton markings and destination splits.
The right pack depends on the actual cup or bottle, its lid and accessories, the selling channel and the way it will travel. A plain box, printed retail box and multi-item gift pack serve different purposes. Discuss the format you need and ask which construction can be quoted for the project. Concepts and photographs are starting references; the approved product-and-pack sample defines dimensions, component inclusion and the finished presentation.

List the finished product and every item that goes into its unit pack.
Review box construction, insert and artwork requirements.
Fit the real items and agree protection or transport checks.
Record the pack version, component counts and shipping allocation.
A retail cup, a handled tumbler and a multi-item gift set need different packing decisions. Work from the finished product dimensions and distribution plan, then approve presentation and protection on a physical packing sample.

Identify whether the unit is intended for a shop shelf, a plain bulk order or a gift programme. Discuss the proposed box construction, printed area and opening arrangement. Supply the finished product dimensions and leave the actual protection and fit to the packing sample rather than choosing a box only from a capacity label.
Review a Packaging Brief
A handle, tall cap, straw or additional gift item can change the protected space and packing sequence. List every item and identify who supplies it. Review the proposed divider or insert with the real components so the unit closes properly and loose parts remain identified.

Provide the approved artwork and the content for any retail label, instruction insert or care card. Identify the required languages and SKU or barcode data. Review the layout and placement separately from physical fit, and agree who checks the accuracy of supplied identifiers before printing.

Confirm units per carton, carton markings and any split by SKU, location or recipient group. Agree relevant protection or transport checks for the actual pack. Provide current marketplace or warehouse instructions where required; a packaging design alone does not establish acceptance for every channel or shipment.
Review a Packaging BriefReview packaging with the actual product rather than a nominal capacity. Handles, straws, caps and loose parts can change both the protected space and the packing sequence. The following reference images support a discussion of sample review, unit packing and order preparation; any proposed format must be confirmed for your project.

Approve the closed unit pack with the finished product, lid and all supplied accessories inside. Record the insert or divider arrangement and the packing sequence for components that are supplied loose.

Keep the approved box artwork, wording and identifier data with the pack reference. A change to the product or SKU may require a corresponding label, care-card or layout review.

Record unit counts, carton markings and destination splits. Provide the arrival date needed for your own receipt or kit assembly, together with any current distribution instructions that must be checked.
