Choose a coloured printed design, an engraved appearance or a formed mark for review.
Identify small lettering, fine lines, reversed areas and any colour gradients in the artwork.
Record the mark position, dimensions, handle orientation and any intended wrap seam.
Approve one artwork version and identify any names, numbers or design variations.
Choose the visual result first: a simple brand mark, a coloured illustration, an all-around design or an individual identifier. Laser marking, screen printing, digital decoration, transfers and formed marks involve different surfaces and production requirements. Tell us which result you need rather than assuming a method works on every cup. The product examples below help identify the body shape and placement to discuss; they are not proof that every listed decoration process is available on every model.

Provide the desired result and the exact body surface.
Send vector artwork, colours, size and placement references.
Check alignment on a mockup and appearance on the actual sample.
Record the approved version, method and quantity per artwork.
A small brand mark, a coloured illustration and a formed logo need different reviews. Use these four comparisons to define the result before choosing a decoration route. Images are design references; the quoted method and approved sample identify the actual process.

For a simple mark, decide whether you want the appearance of a marked metal surface or a design carrying a specified colour. Ask how the proposed method interacts with the selected coating. Confirm fine lines, small letters and contrast on the actual sample; a metallic-looking photograph alone does not identify the process used.
Request an Artwork Review
Separate a design made from solid colour areas from one containing photographs, tonal transitions or many small elements. Provide the complete file at the desired scale and ask which printing route can reproduce it on the chosen surface. Agree the artwork boundaries, colour reference and any setup requirements in the quotation.
Request an Artwork Review
A small front logo and a wraparound graphic have different layout requirements. Identify the front relative to the handle or drinking opening, then review taper, curved edges and any seam or exclusion area. Check that important details remain readable at the finished scale. Capacity alone does not provide the usable print dimensions.
Request an Artwork Review
An embossed or debossed structural mark and a raised printed effect are different proposals. Send the required shape and tactile reference so tooling or decoration work can be scoped separately. Confirm whether the change concerns the vessel, an accessory or only its surface, and approve the sample before accepting the quoted approach.
Request an Artwork ReviewSurface appearance and decoration method are separate decisions. Compare the desired body finish before approving the logo. Brushed, coloured and textured surfaces may need different artwork treatment; review the result on the actual model. The following images are appearance references, with the final process and suitability confirmed through your quotation and sample.

Keep the approved source file and revision identifier with the order. For individual names or numbers, provide a checked list and confirm the supported production workflow before including it in the design count.

Record artwork dimensions, distance from reference edges and orientation against the handle or drinking opening. Review fine lettering and any wrap seam on a complete sample rather than only on a flat design file.

Confirm contrast, colour and relevant care information for the combined body finish and decoration. Retain the approved sample so a later artwork or coating change can be assessed against the original design standard.
